Our Services

We offer 1:1 sessions on the Pilates reformer and tower equipment. Our goal is to support you in getting movement back into your life - through teaching you mind-body connection with the Pilates method. We believe in offering individually tailored workouts to support your body, taking in consideration your movement history, potential injuries and fitness goals. We work with clients who would like to improve core strength, relieve back pain and recover from injuries.

Drop-in Session

$110

Introductory session where we evaluate how you move and identify any imbalances, injuries or pain we are working with. We will then define your unique fitness goals that we will work on through Pilates training.

Connect - Pack of 5

$495 - $99/ session

A package of lessons throughout which you will learn to connect to the deeper stabilizing muscles in your core, shoulder girdle, back and hips. This sets the foundations for you to learn to move without pain, prevent injury and build a stronger body.

Transform - Pack of 12

$1080 - $90/ session

A program built to achieve a stronger, longer, more mobile body - taking into consideration your unique anatomy and movement patterns. We will move at your pace, gradually building on your progress to achieve results you can see and feel.
